How to view Microseven network camera over the Internet?

Before you view Microseven network camera over internet, you have to open port forwarding on your router. Example, you opened web port for 81, device port from 9660-9661. Then you go to IE browser, enter http://whatismyip.com to Address Bar and find out what is your internet IP address.

After you found the IP address from whatismyip.com, in this example it is 66.215.70.112. Enter http://66.215.70.112:81 to Address Bar in IE browser.

    I have my port 80 blocked.I`ve changed the number of port to 8080
    I forwarded this port to my router
    The PFPportchecker tells me that the port 8080 is opened but when i go to internet explorer put my ip:8080 it still don`t work
