All the firmware updates have gone flawlessly. We’ve got a camera and two video servers, and none required re-configuration after the update. That saves a lot of time. Thank you for your continual effort in tweaking the products ability and fixing small bugs as they surface.
The only quirk that I still run in to is the following – just a small issue. On my 4-port video server, we record to the internal hard drive. For channels 2, 3, and 4 only there is a small quirk when going to the “Detection” tab on the M7CMS software. I cannot say if the issue is with the firmware or the M7CMS software. Below is description of the problem:
On the “Detection” tab, I select “Recording:Channel 2″ > “Apply to Everyday”. Then I close the dialog box and re-open it. The “Recording: Channel 2″ is selected correctly, but “Snapshot: Channel 2″ is also selected. The same happens for Channel 3 & 4. Things function correctly as it does not appear any snapshots are saved, however, the display is a little misleading.
Please download new version firmware and M7CMS software to upgrade your installation.
