     Ed,

We will go to M7CMS software, right mouse button click, select on properties.
You will see the Camera tab, and sub tab is Name & Time, then you click on Apply on this page. The date and time will be changed to your current time.

    Ed,

We’ve run in to the same issue where the time slowly drifts.  After a month, some of the clocks can be off by 2-3 minutes.  I was surprised to see this, but there is no current means in the firmware to keep it in sync with your computer or a time server.  You just have to manually “Apply” the date/time settings as Jim mentions in his post.  Also, keep in mind that daylight savings time is not adjusted for you.  I’ve set up my To-Do list on those dates so that at least twice a year, I am resetting the clocks.

I talked with Jim more than a year ago on the same topic.  I was hoping the firmware had some feature built in that would sync to a time server like most cheap routers have these days.  Alas, it isn’t something that is in their cameras or DVS boxes.  Hopefully they’ll figure out a way to get this in their network settings on a future firmware update.  However, it did not seem like there were any plans to investigate the feature further.

Hopefully, this will get them to think about the possibility.
