How to remove the free version and activate subscription of cloud recording for 3x cameras
1) Go to ‘My Cameras’ -> ‘Cloud Record Settings’.
2) Click on ‘Add a new plan…’ to purchase a plan…
3) Go back to ‘My Cameras’ -> ‘Cloud Record Settings’ page.
4) In the ‘Action’ column click on ‘Remove’ link to remove free version and v1 old subscription version cloud recording plan.
5) Click on ‘Setup recording…’ on the new plan to set 3x cameras for one purchase.
Notes: You can move the camera from one plan to other if you have multiple subscriptions.
