Trouble shooting:
1. Check POE led on the POE connector either on the POE switch or the camera POE connector, the led light must be on. (10/1/2019)
2. If it is a WiFi camera, connect the cable to the router, and power on the camera using the power supply. The Ethernet led must be on either on the router Ethernet port or the camera Ethernet port. (10/1/2019)
1. Check the sd card slot, take the old sd card out from the camera, then power on the camera again. Go to Cam Locator to find the camera. (10/1/2019)
