Shipping Policy

 

Order Processig Time

  • Most orders ship within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • If overnight or expedited shipping is required, please contact us in advance. Additional shipping charges may apply.
  • For large-quantity orders, we recommend contacting us prior to purchase so we can coordinate logistics, optimize shipping time, and reduce costs.
  • If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you with an estimated restock and ship date (typically within one week).

 

Lens Orders

  • Lens-only orders ship within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Orders are shipped from our Walnut, California or Shelby Township, Michigan (USA) warehouses, depending on availability.

 

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on:
  • The actual weight of the shipment
  • The shipping method selected (ground, air, or overnight)
  • Shipping and handling fees apply to all orders.
  • If an order ships in multiple packages or separate shipments due to availability, shipping charges are assessed once, at the time the first item ships.

 

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • We offer Free FedEx Ground or USPS shipping for U.S. destinations, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories.
  • Expedited domestic shipping is available upon request and may incur additional fees.

 

International Shipping

  • International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

  • Shipping costs do not include any destination-country charges imposed by customs authorities.
