Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing or using Microseven products and services.

General Policy

Prices, specifications, and promotional offers are subject to change without prior notice. Microseven reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

Customers are responsible for one-way return shipping on all RMA services.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

Visa
Mastercard
PayPal
Pre-paid company check, personal check, cashier’s check, or money order

Note: Pre-paid payment methods may take longer to process as all payments must clear the bank due to fraud prevention measures.

We do not accept:

Purchase Orders
Fax orders
C.O.D. orders
International credit cards

We apologize for any inconvenience.

California resellers:

Place your first order normally.
Email your reseller permit along with your Sales Order number.
Sales tax will be removed once verified.

Order Processing & Shipping

Orders typically process within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
Same-day shipping is not guaranteed.
Tracking information is emailed once the order ships.

Security & Privacy

All online transactions are secured using 128-bit TLS encryption or higher.

Microseven respects customer privacy and does not sell or share personal data, except as required to process orders or as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Safe Shopping Guarantee

Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, you are protected from unauthorized charges.

Microseven will cover liability up to $50 if fraud occurs through no fault of your own when shopping on our secure server.

Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee

Microseven offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for replacement or refund, except:

Downloadable software (requires confirmation of non-download)
Bundle purchases (entire bundle must be returned)
Manufacturer kits (warranty terms vary)

Return Requirements:

RMA authorization required before return
RMA numbers valid for 15 days
Customer pays return shipping and insurance
Items must be complete, undamaged, and in resale condition

Microseven may refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Warranties

Products sold by Microseven are manufactured by Microseven or its partners.

All products are provided “AS IS” unless otherwise stated. Microseven disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

Microseven’s total liability shall never exceed the purchase price of the product.

Microseven is not liable for:

Business interruption
Data loss
Third-party claims
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Recording Policy

Recording of any phone calls with Microseven is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. All disputes must be resolved in Los Angeles County, California.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Microseven and the Customer and supersede all prior communications.
