International Shipping Policy

Customs, Duties & Taxes

When ordering from microseven.com, you are responsible for ensuring that the product can be legally imported into the destination country.

The recipient is the Importer of Record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and additional fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are assessed once the shipment reaches the destination and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Microseven Systems LLC has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Any additional costs incurred for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient.

Some customs authorities may require the Importer of Record to provide identification or additional documentation before releasing a shipment. Customs policies vary by country; we recommend contacting your local customs office for details. Customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Freight Forwarders & Hand-Carried Shipments

Use of freight forwarders or hand-carrying products internationally may introduce risks not covered by Microseven Systems LLC.

If a freight forwarder or hand-carry method is used, Microseven Systems LLC is not responsible for any damage, defects, discrepancies, or loss occurring after delivery to you or your designated forwarder. In such cases, Microseven Systems LLC cannot provide refunds or replacements.

Please inspect all shipments upon receipt. Refuse delivery of damaged goods and instruct your freight forwarder to do the same. Any loss occurring after receipt by you or your forwarder is your responsibility.

Terms & Conditions

All items are sold by Microseven Systems LLC.

  • Compliance with local laws and regulations

For documentation related to customs clearance or import charges, please contact the designated carrier listed in your shipment confirmation.

These terms are in addition to Microseven Systems LLC’s standard Terms of Service. Title and risk of loss transfer to the recipient upon delivery to the common carrier within the United States.
