Warranty Policy

 

1. One-Year Limited Warranty

Microseven warrants that all products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one (1) year from the original date of purchase.

If a product is found to be defective during the warranty period, Microseven will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product at no charge, or
  • Replace the product with a repaired or refurbished unit of equal or greater value

If repair is not feasible, a replacement may be provided.

There are no deductibles or hidden service fees for warranty repairs. Customers are responsible only for shipping the product to Microseven. Return shipping for repaired or replacement products is covered by Microseven.

2. Warranty Exclusions (Not Covered)

This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:

  • Improper installation or mounting
  • Use of incorrect or non-compliant power supplies (including PoE over-voltage or improper grounding)
  • Use of RJ45 pass-through connectors or improperly terminated Ethernet cables
  • Lack of waterproofing, missing protective covers, or exposure to moisture or submersion
  • Physical damage, abuse, misuse, alteration, repainting, or unauthorized modification
  • Natural disasters, including but not limited to lightning strikes, floods, or fire

Products showing signs of misuse, abuse, alteration, or environmental damage are not eligible for warranty repair or replacement.

3. Out-of-Warranty Repairs & Support

If a product requires service after the one-year warranty period, Microseven may assist with repair through the manufacturer or an authorized repair facility when possible.

In such cases:

  • Customers are responsible for all repair, parts, and handling costs
  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Repair services are subject to availability and feasibility

Products damaged by abuse, misuse, or lightning are not eligible for free repair or replacement but may still be evaluated for paid service.
