1. Find the Microseven security camera IP address in the local network.
2. Add the camera to Synology NAS,
- Enter the camera IP address.
- Select ONVIF generic camera.
- The ONVIF port for the Microseven camera is 8080, you can find the ONVIF port information in the camera settings, CAMERA -> ONVIF Settings page. [Microseven 1080p camera is 8080 by default]
- Bypass the ‘Test’ and go ‘Next’ and complete adding the camera in Synology NAS. [You can test it after the camera added, it is the Synology bug]
Trying to add the new 2020 M7 model MYM75MP-HX-NS-VB to Synology using steps above. It activates but then shows as “Disconnected” with no Video. Does this camera really support 3rd party NAS solutions as advertised? It looks like Synology is looking for H2.64 video coding but there is no option on camera for 2.64 and the spec sheet says camera is H2.65. is this the problem? Is there a work around?
